We are now taking bookings for our next 2 Early Birds programmes:
- 3 week programme starting on Monday 19th February 2018. £70 for as many as you can make. NB We are not here on Friday 2nd or Monday 5th March (we’ll be in Cyprus!)
- 3 week programme starting on Monday 12th March. £80 for 3/week or £70 for 2/week. NB No session on Friday 30th March as it’s Good Friday.
That takes us into the Easter break, after which we’ll be back on Monday 16th April with a 3 week programme.
- commit to 2 or 3 times a week for 3 weeks; 6.30 – 7.30am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- all fitness levels welcome, including beginners, returners and superfitters!
- cardio, strength and core work every week
- you’ll see visible changes in one programme
“Early Birds is AMAZING! After just three weeks of early morning training I feel so much fitter and just generally better. It was always awkward trying to fit in a regular exercise plan with young kids and a commuting husband, but Jo’s Early Birds sessions are ideal. Not only do you get a fantastic workout and fresh air, but you’re all finished by the time the kids are awake!
