Terms and Conditions

The key thing is that you train consistently – fitness is about what you do regularly, not what you do in one particular week. Make fitness a part of your routine, a priority. I will make it as easy as possible for you to do that, but please respect that this is how I make my living, so here are the bits you need to agree to:

Payments:

I don’t offer credit: please pay before you arrive or bring cash with you.

Early Birds:

Booked in 3 or 4 week programmes, payable before the first session by BACS or in full in cash at the first session. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward to the next programme but you are welcome to join us at any other group sessions before the programme ends to make up for your missed session(s).

Park Crescent:

Booked in half term blocks, payable before the first session by BACS or in full in cash at the first session. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward to the next half term. You are welcome to join us up at Dyke Road in any group sessions there to make up for your missed session(s).

Personal Training:

Booked in 4 week blocks, payable before the first session by BACS or in full in cash at the first session.  24 hours must be given if you need to change or postpone the time of your session. If you can’t give me 24 hours notice then I will make reasonable efforts to fill your space but if it cannot be filled, then you will lose that session.

Postponed sessions must be rearranged within the 4 week block or will be lost.

Partner Training:

As for Personal Training. If one partner cannot make the session and we go ahead as a 1:1, the session is considered to have taken place. 

9.15 Training

Payable in full in cash on the day, or by BACS before your first session of the week.

Light Training:

As for 9.15 Training.

Injuries/accidents

It is your responsibility to tell the trainer of any injuries which could be made worse by physical exertion. The trainer will make all reasonable adaptations to training to avoid aggravating existing injuries.

You acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk and although the trainer will take reasonable precautions to ensure your safety, you expressly assume and accept sole responsibility for your safety and for any and all injuries or illnesses that may occur.

From time to time, training sessions are photographed for social media and website images.
