    “I’ve been using personal trainers for almost 20 years now….Jo Andrews is the best I’ve experienced.  Her workouts are planned and structured around me, advancing in line with my progress.  They are hard but full of surprises so never dull.  Despite keeping fit for many years I still struggle to find the motivation on my own so I was particularly skeptical about working out “outdoors whatever the weather”, however I get myself over there and never regret it!  I’m mid fifties and feel fit and strong!”

  • I'm 68 and Jo's annoyingly good at knowing what I can and can't do!

    “My left leg was badly injured several years ago. I knew I wouldn’t be able to run or jump so I didn’t know if I’d be able to do enough to make it worth it. How wrong I was! Not only can I run and jump now, but I do all sorts of things I never knew existed. Not just a plank but a plank with upwards of 10kg on my back…. if Jo says I can do it, then I know I can and she’s annoyingly good at knowing what I can and can’t do. I’m delighted just to be able to do it all, especially as it seemed such an impossibility for so long.”
